Structural and Functional Osteopathy

A personalized approach to relieve musculoskeletal pain, improve mobility, and regain daily well-being.

What to Expect During the Session

The session begins with a thorough medical history and a detailed postural examination to understand the global state of the body. Through joint mobility tests, areas of restriction are identified. The treatment involves the application of direct (structural) and indirect (functional) manual techniques strictly adapted to the patient’s sensitivity and symptoms.

The Science Behind the Treatment

Osteopathy is based on the principle of the relationship between structure and function. By restoring the correct mobility of joints and soft tissues, abnormal stress on pain receptors is reduced, local microcirculation is improved, and the body’s natural mechanisms of self-regulation and healing are stimulated.

Recovery Time

Most patients experience a marked reduction in pain and improved mobility after the very first treatment. Typically, a cycle of 2 or 3 sessions spaced one or two weeks apart is sufficient to stabilize the results and resolve the primary cause of the disorder.
